Abstract :
This paper presents a model for synthetically evaluating user trust and user capability (UT-IOCEM) in cooperative learning. In this paper, trust measure strategies and individual-oriented capability evaluation model namely UT-IOCEM are discussed. The architecture of UT-IOCEM has been proposed and used for flexible cooperative action delegation.
