Abstract :
First, this paper uses tile pyramid model based on SVG to realize raster-vector integration on mobile GIS platform, then a new storage architecture with two-level cache buffer is designed which can speed up the system to retrieve the data of map tiles. J2EE and J2ME technologies are used to make the mobile GIS platform with high scalability and modularization. Finally, this paper verifies the feasibility and efficient of the platform through a test.
