Abstract :
With the analysis of system failure process, five states of each component are proposed for repairable complicated system, namely the operating state, the repairing state, the failed and waiting repair state, the repaired and inactive active state, and the state of taken out of operating. Using the method of component state trace, a calculating method of system normal or failed states is presented. Furthermore, a Monte Carlo method of system availability analysis is constructed for complicated system. The introduced method can be used in system states analysis and the failure effect of component, and it is a practical availability analysis method of complicated system.
