Abstract :
In work the factors determining the basic electric characteristics of an active phased array antenna as the aerial of system are analyzed. The design procedure of the relation signal/noise on its output is set up. Results can be used for optimization both structure of the transmit-receive module, and infrastructure phased array antenna.
