Abstract
Development of intelligent systems easing our daily lives in home use is focus of study for a long time. Development of ovens, frequently in use for cooking, realizing automatic cooking is a desired function. Nevertheless systems developed till now are unable to manage automatic food recognition, automatic cooking stage recognition and automatic cooking termination functions at the same time without user interference. In this study, automatic recognition of 5 predefined types of food located inside oven from processed images taken by a camera mounted oven; classification of food cooking stages; and automatic cooking termination by using time-varying texture recognition method and machine learning model of corresponding system are developed.
