Abstract :
At higher resistivities (above 10 KΩ/□) the following phenomenon exists: very small changes in content of functional phase of resistive composition alter the sheet resistivity of resistors to great extend. Reproducibility of resistors and firing conditions sensitivity suffers, as well. An attempt was made to solve this problem. The new composite conductive phases and glasses have been developed. Presumably previously unknown (or not published earlier) for ruthenium-based resistors dependence of sheet resistivity and TCR versus content of components in resistor composition has been discovered. The results of a new series of high ohmic value resistive inks development are described and discussed
