Abstract :
Industry has put forward demands on cross enterprises collaboration including various resources sharing. A service-oriented networked numerical control system for sharing information between business partners through the Internet infrastructure is presented in this paper. The paper describes the existing problem of the current numerical control system and brings forth the conception of SoNNC. This paper also proposes the system architecture, which consists of hardware architecture and the software function in the SoNNC. Finally, the implementation of the system is researched, including the implement of remote terminal, the communication procedure and the manufacturing resource encapsulation. The system realizes the resource sharing and collaboration effectively.
