Abstract :
This paper presents a novel dynamic based Stabilization Scheme and Smart-Stabilization Coordinated Control strategy developed by the First Author for a hybrid micro grid Village Electricity Integrated Utilization Scheme using Photovoltaic PV, Fuel Cell FC, wind Turbine and backup Diesel generation renewable generation system. The Proposed Micro Grid is fully interfaced using a Common fully stabilized Collection Bus. The scheme is fully stabilized using a novel based Filter Compensation Scheme (FCS) ensuring that the diesel generator set is only utilized when the demand electric energy exceeds the aggregate PV, FC and the Wind Turbine total energy capacity within specified operational levels to ensure highest efficient operation of the renewable energy sources with the backup diesel engine. The novel Smart Dynamic Error Driven Variable Structure-Sliding Mode Controller is used for the - Modulated Filter Compensator with a - controller for efficient utilization of the Back-Up Diesel Gen-Set ensure the objectives of a safe decoupled interface with maximum green energy utilization and enhanced power quality of the hybrid renewable energy scheme. The Hybrid Scheme is validated using Mat lab/Simulink Software Environment.
