Abstract :
This paper presents the concept of a triplexer for CELL-, GPS- and PCS-signals which is highly integrated by using low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) technology. The proposed module integrates a surface acoustic-wave filter for band selection and two fully integrated diplexer circuits into one LTCC package. The intention is to increase the integration level in comparison to current triplexer modules in the market down to a module size of 3.2 times 2.5 times 1.6 mm3 . Solutions for reducing the module size and basic approaches for continuative development are shown
