Abstract :
Molecular simulations of biochemical processes seem to be a promising tool to understand the mechanisms through which an EM field can interact with a biological system. Here the action of a MW signal on the binding process of a ligand to a protein active site has been studied choosing myoglobin as a reference molecular model. The methodology used permits to follow the dynamic evolution of the chemical reaction in the system with an extremely rigorous approach based on quantum analysis
