Abstract :
In order to discover the operating rules of the virtual enterprise´ KM, it is necessary to conceive the virtual enterprise´s KM model in different angles of view from the more general, systemic and abstract height so as to provide theoretical references for the further study in this area. This paper firstly analyses the essential characteristics of the virtual enterprise with the view of knowledge, and then proposes a process model to describe the knowledge management process of the virtual enterprise. Finally, from a new perspective of knowledge hiberarchy, we study the transfer process and the transformation essence among different knowledge layers of the virtual enterprise´s KM.
