Abstract
The DOE recently contracted an industrial team led by MDA to perform two separate conceptual design studies for power-producing reactors which utilize inertial fusion energy (IFE) technology. The MDA team was required to develop power-producing reactor designs with two different drivers of their choice. The MDA team chose to develop designs with a KrF excimer laser driver and a heavy ion driver. This paper will present the design integration aspects of Prometheus-H-an IFE reactor with the heavy ion driver which produces 1000 MW of electric power
