Abstract :
The issue of gender imparity in technical fields is complex. Several studies found that gender inequality exists in certain sectors of the economy. The purpose of the study was to identify the factors that influence the career choice among female and male students in technical schools. The study found that the gender imbalance in technical and vocational fields is mainly due to career making decision process.
