Post internship is an important practice step during combining work with study and during running school-enterprise cooperation schools in higher vocational colleges, which has contributed greatly to the development of talents with high skills. This paper is concerned about the lack of the flexibility and the independency when students applying for posts in the current arrangement of post internship. It proposes the pattern of internship arrangement(release the information of posts-test before applying for posts → apply for internship posts → arrange internship choices → fill vacancy), which is called “Internship choices → fill vacancy arrangement pattern” for short. This paper mainly discusses the pattern and the design of it.
