To manage R/M integrated supply chain information more conveniently, and forecast the risks from the risk information, we designed the base functions for the early warning system according to its desires. Then combined with the characteristic of R/M integrated supply chain to develop the design, emphasizing on data analysis, we divide the data module. And then design the overall structure.
