    While developing rapidly in high-tech zone, it causes certain effect in the course of urbanization. This paper argues that, in the process of constructing high-tech incubation, industrial cluster, innovation drive, you cannot forget the urbanization construction. And then put forward three influence factors of interaction. When high-tech zone interact with urbanization, the improvement of urbanization provide relatively perfect and a variety of service to the development of high-tech. Following that, the model of interaction for explaining its relationship is given. Finally, some future research directions are pointed out.
