Abstract :
The paper presents an interoperable software solution developed to support the activities in the cardiology department of a big hospital. Based on the BIDM model, the minimal set of data is defined and used for designing the informatic system for the cardiology department. The goal is to improve medical workflows and process in the cardiology department of a big public hospital using mobile solutions and medical standards.
