Abstract
A model has been developed for the simulation of Central-European electricity market forecast for the next 5-10-15 years. This simulator simulates the trade flows that are not equal with the physical flows. In this paper some scenarios are introduced: border capacity change, border cross price change, load and generation capacity changes. The simulation is capable to calculate the long term prices equilibrium in the coupled market. In the other operational mode the course of the daily border cross flow can be simulated. The engine of the simulator is the Matlab environment with the optimization toolbox, the preparation is made in Delphi, Access and Excel.
