Abstract
THz radiation intensity of GaAs large aperture photoconductive antenna dealt with insulation technique is increased by one order. The time domain waveform of far field generated from the antenna is made out by simulation, based on the current surge model. The influences of current carrier´s mobility and lifetime to THz radiation power are discussed.
