Abstract :
First, this paper studies the separation of shortwave calling channels and service channels, orthogonal grouping of frequency set, synchronized scanning and rapid frequency choosing, and nonlinear frequency scanning. These are the four foundations needed to realize frequency spectrum sharing. Then, we explore a way to realize dynamic sharing of military shortwave frequency spectrum by synchronized link-building access and automatic channel changing, which can provide suggestions to solve the problem that military shortwave frequency resource is insufficient.
