Abstract :
Next generation communication will offer a wide range of services available to users anywhere at any time, which needs the heterogeneous network to support. Enabling users access service resource effectively across heterogeneous network enhance the users experience. This paper presents an intelligent handover control model based on selection strategy for aiding users handover in this´one user with multi-network and multi-terminal - complex communication environment. The proposed handover selection strategy focus on the user preferences, the service´s quality of service (QoS) requirements and the capabilities information of user´s available terminals and the terminals´ access networks.
