Abstract
A method of frequency analysis is presented that can be used to determine the response of time-varying systems. The method is based on Laplace transformation of functions. As a result, the homogenous solution of ordinary linear differential equations with variable coefficients is obtained. The method is used for frequency analysis and design of variable networks. The extension to nonlinear systems is possible
