Versatile inner university ratings calculation system

This message gives a short description of the universal program system designed for inner structural university units such as chairs and faculties to calculate their ratings. This system is oriented to work with Internet and mainly characterized by remote access to its database and by its invariance to the algorithm used for calculation. Previously there are viewed presuppositions for ratings determination, construction principles of their algorithms as well as the drawbacks of the traditional approach to this problem and requirements to its computerization. Further the paper set forth the basic features of system´s realization and functioning.
