Abstract :
The Standards and Calibration Laboratory (SCL) of Hong Kong has developed a primary standard of power based on sampling principle. The primary standard is used to provide calibration service for precision power meters. The measurement uncertainty is 55 × 10-6 for voltage from 24 to 480 V and current from 0.005 to 160 A and power factor from unity to 0 leading or lagging.
