  • Abstract
    Bistability in a semiconductor laser amplifier without thermal stabilization has been observed. The device has been characterized through the hysteresis loop data fitting the non-linear Fabry-Perot curve. The results for the non-linear refractive index coefficient are in good agreement with typical data
