  • Abstract
    This paper outlines an organizational paradigm that influences the existing organization which desires to innovate and assure its continuity. Being in the epicenter of major organizational decisions requires from the leadership to enhance its awareness of the priorities and value dimensions during the organizational renewal. The organizational design and provided continuity concept do not target generalization but an applicable localized model that may induce positive changes in the individuals and organization, and create a condition in the organization that can provide an answer to the postmodern dilemmas. The renewal paradigm reflects organizational system thinking and meaning creation process that emphasize social dimension of the organizationpsilas actions while managing the change across cultures. The renewal paradigm in the postmodern environment requires an organizational setting that supports learning of change, knowledge, and innovation. The paper considers external and internal factors of change, ethical standards and values, and concepts that may determine the pace of the organizational renewal, recovery and break away.
