Abstract
Considers controller design for industrial repetitive processes. In particular, the concept of a memoryless dynamic unity negative feedback control scheme is introduced for a sub-class of direct industrial relevance. A systematic procedure for designing this scheme to solve the so-called limit profile design problem is developed based, in effect, on simulation-based stability tests. The application of this procedure to one special case is detailed to demonstrate its basic feasibility and highlight some possible future research areas
