Evaluation of enterprise technology innovation ability based on factor analysis — Taking high-tech enterprises of six provinces in central China as an example

The capability of enterprise technology innovation ability has a significant impact on promotion of enterprises. It can rapidly improve the production techniques of enterprises and encourage enterprises to upgrade of technology, products, function. Based on factor analysis and taking high-tech enterprises of six provinces in central China as an example, this paper has made a evaluation of enterprise technology innovation ability from three aspects: input capability of enterprise technology innovation, implementation capability of enterprise technology innovation and output capability of enterprise technology innovation. The enterprise technology innovation ability gaps between the six provinces and the factors which affects the enterprise technology innovation ability have been identified. And corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward.
