Abstract :
Control electronics and software for Cryogenic Current Comparator (CCC) Resistance Bridge operated with sinusoidal biasing currents at ultra low frequencies is upgraded in MIKES and the details of its operation are presented. Results of comparative measurement with the previously used control units showed that developed electronics and software allows simplification of measurement process and make automation of resistance calibration more convenient.
