Evolutionary game is a game theory based on bounded rationality. Evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) and optimal reaction dynamics are its core contents. In relatively stable environment, it can be used to forecast overall participants´ behaviors. This paper builds evolutionary game model on innovation subjects, analyses on innovation subjects´ game behaviors with bounded rationality in dynamic point of view, discusses their cooperative relationship, and some suggestions are put forward.
