Cloud entrepreneurial platform: A new entrepreneurial assistant organization

This paper references the idea of "cloud computing", putting forward a new entrepreneurial assistant organization-cloud entrepreneurial platform. After defining its meaning, this paper analyses its advantages by using economic theories, and at last analyses its elements. As a better resource organization than traditional one, the model of cloud entrepreneurial platform not only pushes significant changes in entrepreneurial process, but also makes a great impact on organization and individual in it, and promotes a formation of more open and healthier life system. And also, it will improve the social rate in the whole social respect.
