In the fierce competition market, competition among talents is becoming increasingly critical and human resource management is playing a more and more important role nowadays. This paper analyze job burnout of university human resource from three aspects, which are social-based burnout, stress-based burnout and problem-based burnout, then explain job burnout of university human resource through three dimensions respectively, which are emotional exhaustion, personality dissociation and personal fulfillment. Besides, this paper proposes innovation in university human resource management in order to solve the problem of job burnout. Measures should be taken in five aspects to promote further development in university human resource management: defining explicit object, building assessment mode, creating culture, perfecting mechanism and optimizing resources.
