Abstract :
In this paper characteristics of DNA computing are summarized. DNA computing technique is analyzed by object oriented methodology. According to the basic biochemical concepts and principle of DNA computing, the object oriented model is built using UML. The ldquoDNA molecular classrdquo diagram and the ldquobasic operations classrdquo diagram are given, which are drawn by rational rose. This object oriented model is useful to understand DNA computing technique and to build the concrete model of DNA computing for the concrete problems. At last the sequence diagram of Adlemanpsilas famous experience of HPP is given as an instance.
