Abstract :
3D measurement methods are very important in many fields. In particular, 3D reconstruction methods from camera images are actively studied because these are passive detection methods and does not require expensive equipments. However, in order to achieve high accuracy, camera parameter calibration is very important. In this paper, we have proposed a new calibration method based on maximum likelihood estimation and confirmed the effectiveness by simulations and experiments.
