  • Abstract
    The modelling of active and nonlinear subregions of microwave structures using the transmission line matrix (TLM) method is discussed. It is shown that a correct modelling of subregions with negative real part of the conductivity is possible by lumped circuit elements connected to the TLM mesh nodes
