Abstract :
With the rapid growth of functionally similar Web services over the Web, quality of services (QoS) has become a significant concern for many researchers. Web service QoS management techniques capable of selecting and monitoring Web services are still not mature enough. Using multi agents we overcome Web services shortcomings, hence we proposed a Web services QoS prediction architecture capable of predicting Web service quality level during Web services selection and monitoring phase. In this paper we applied a double quantization time series forecasting method based on SOM neural networks in order to predict Web services QoS level.
