Abstract :
Early warning index system of the risk in logistics operation is the core of the management of early warning for the risks in logistics operation as well as a basis on which overall evaluation model of the logistics operation risk is built. Early warning index system of the risk in logistics operation is made of 6 second-level indexes. They are procurement risk, storage risk, transport risk, loading and carry operations risk, flow and processing risk, and logistics information risk, including 19 third-level indexes.
