Abstract :
Under dynamic environment it is hard for firms to get useful and valuable resources. So they should not only acquire resources externally, but also pay attention to internal resource nurture, which are crucial for strengthening the performance. Based on the data of new ventures, this paper tests the relations among external resource acquisition, internal resource nurture and performance and the results show that positive and significant relations exist between them. Then the paper discusses the empirical results. Suggestions and implications are discussed at the end.
