Abstract
First, the comparable sensitivity, an index to indicate the effectiveness of multi-terminal DC modulation controller is presented. Then, through several typical AC/MTDC systems, the usefulness of a multi-terminal DC modulation controller in improving the dynamic performance, and the main factors of influencing it are studied
