Abstract :
In order to solve the problem of benefit allocation in three-stage supply chain based on R&D investment and promotion investment, this paper first sets up a three-stage supply chain cooperation game model, then presents several benefit allocation methods of supply chain, such as the Shapley, Minimum Costs-Remaining Savings(MCRS) and Nash negotiation model. Different allocation methods get different results, so a profit allocation method based on the TOPSIS is used to solve this inconsistency. It can compromise the different results into a relative reasonable benefit allocation scheme. Reasonable profit allocation can encourage R&D investment and promotion investment to help supply chain obtain optimal efficiency. In practice, different industries need different profit allocation methods.
