Intellectual property case study

This case study describes the enforcement of a UK patent in the High Court against an infringer who disputes that the patent is enforceable. The patent No. 2,027,681 is for a particular type of an article found in most homes. The article protected by the patent has been on sale for some 15 years with considerable commercial success.
