Abstract
In this paper, we indicated that the rectangular pulse propagation in dispersive material in 1-dimensional model, in this calculation, the CIP method is used. From results, the effectiveness of the CIP method were confirmed. The advantage of the CIP method was also confirmed by comparing with the FDTD method. An extension to 2- 3-dimensional models will be our future works.
