Abstract
The paper establishes the relationship between analogue coupling and digital cross-talk at the `near-end´ and `far-end´ for a pair of package feedthroughs where it is initially assumed that the four ports are matched. It is further shown that for high impedance terminations for the driven and idle lines (representing high input impedance gates) digital cross-talk can be predicted from swept frequency measurements for any terminations
