Abstract
The effects of tolerances in the alignment and manufacture of millimetre wave reflector antennas are described. A formula is given for the relationship between peak gain loss and aperture phase error along with formulae for calculating the phase error from each antenna component. The application of these formulae to approximate the gain error is discussed
