Development of a climatically controlled reverberating chamber for the measurement of total radiated power

Presents the development of a low cost climatically controlled reverberating chamber (CCRC) measurement facility by modifying a suitable environmental chamber in order to produce time-averaged isotropic field conditions over the frequency band 12 to 60 GHz and demonstrates its use over a range of temperatures from -20°C to +40°C
