  • Abstract
    This project presents the band-gap voltage reference, the temperature sensor based on a semiconductor junction and the I2 C interface that are used in Cat75, which is a digital temperature sensor. There are presented the chosen solutions for implementing the sensor, the voltage reference and the attached logic. The schematic blocks, the layout and the simulation results are also presented. An important part of this project consist in the analysis of the experimental results and in presenting the conclusions
