Editorial

Presents news of members´ accomplishments or honors, appointments, or other announcements that would be of interest to the rest of the engineering community. Associate editors handle the reviews of submitted manuscripts and provide us with recommendations, after which we will make the final decision. Authors will know who handled the review of their papers at the time of decision. We currently have a team of 13 associate editors, among which five are continuing associate editors: Bertan Bakkaloglu, Roberto Gomez-Garcia, Tzyy-Sheng (Jason) Horng, Dietmar Kissinger, and Martin Vossiek. The eight new associate editors are introduced in their biographies, which are provided here.
