Abstract :
This paper argues that service dominant logic (SDL) can help Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) bridge the gap between co-operation performance and customer satisfaction. We propose a customer-driven SMEs co-operation conceptual model that identifies the relationships among SMEs, customers and co-operation performance according to SDL. We also propose a set of SMEs co-operation performance evaluation criteria within SDL. A case scenario is then used to demonstrate the contributions of the model. We believe that the model and the performance criteria can inspire further research on SMEs co-operation in order to achieve the maximized customer satisfaction in terms of appropriate design of service systems.
