Abstract :
A computer technique for the analysis of the problem of terminated coplanar strips on a dielectric substrate is presented. The dielectric is assumed to be without backside metallisation and is electrically thin and infinite in the plane of the strips, and is of low dielectric constant. The effects of surface waves as well as space wave radiation are taken into account in the analysis. Numerical results are presented for the magnitudes of the reflection coefficient for different values of dielectric constant, over a range of frequencies, as well as for different separations between the strips
