Abstract :
A new method for electronic flexible hybrid composite insulating film PVDF/SiO2 production by the sol-gel process is described. The process of preparing the hybrid films and dielectric, piezo- and pyroelectric properties, charge storage and electret effects have been studied in detail using both theory and experiments
